Abstract:

Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si zvolil téma ?Mechanismy anomálního chování ve vězeňském prostředí?. Hlavním cílem byla snaha analyzovat a porozumět problematice vzniku poruch chování během uvěznění, což představuje obecně nežádoucí či škodlivou odchylku od funkčně normálního, zdravého stavu člověka. S těmito specifickými behaviorálními projevy se setkávají ve své praxi nejčastěji pracovníci Vězeňské služby ČR. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Cílem teoretické části je vysvětlit základní pojmy, co se rozumí pod pojmem anomální chování, popsat znaky a typy tohoto chování. Zjistit etiologickou problematiku anomality, autoplastický obraz anomálního chování u odsouzených a jak zvládat anomální chování v penitenciární realitě. Samostatnou kapitolou je charakteristika nejtypičtějších druhů anomálního chování a vnitřní diferenciace věznice Heřmanice. Ve věznici se zabývám problematikou přijímání nových odsouzených, podle jakých kritérií jsou odsouzení zařazováni do jednotlivých oddělení a skupin a volnočasovými aktivitami, které by měly snižovat riziko vzniku anomálního chování. Empirickou část tvoří kvantitativní výzkum ve věznici Heřmanice, který je proveden na základě dotazníkové metody mezi odsouzenými. Cílem je získat informace o krizích z uvěznění, sebevražedném jednání, sebepoškozování a šikaně ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody (VTOS) v závislosti na věku, vzdělání, výchozím sociálním prostředí a charakteru spáchaného trestného činu. Porovnat spokojenost či nespokojenost v uspokojování potřeb odsouzených, s nabídkou kulturních a sportovních aktivit, pracovních příležitostí, které přispívají ke snížení vzniku anomálního chování.

Abstract:

For my diploma work I have chosen the topic of ?The mechanisms of anomalous behaviour in the prison environment?. The main objective was the attempt to analyze and to understand the issue of occurrence of behavioural disorders that represent generally undesirable or harmful departure from functionally normal, healthy state of a person. These specific behavioural manifestations are most usually encountered by the employees of the institution of Vězeňská služba ČR (The Prison Service of the Czech Republic). The work is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to explain the basic terms, what is meant by the term of anomalous behaviour, to describe the signs and the types of this behaviour. To determine the etiological issue of the anomality, the autoplastic picture of the anomalous behaviour at the convicts and how to contain the anomalous behaviour within the penitentiary reality. The separate chapter of the theoretical part addresses the most typical types of anomalous behaviour and the internal differentiation of the prison of Heřmanice. In the prison I deal with the issue of taking the new convicts to the prison, the criteria for their allocation into the specific departments and groups and the leisure-time activities that should decrease the risk of occurrence of the anomalous behaviour. The empirical part is formed by the quantitative research in the prison of Heřmanice, which was made by means of questionnaire among the convicts. The objective is to gather the information about the crisis from imprisonment, suicide actions, self-destruction and bullying during the service of a term of imprisonment depending on the convict?s age, education, social background and character of a committed crime. To compare the satisfaction or dissatisfaction in meeting convicts? needs with the offer of cultural and sport activities, job opportunities that contribute to the decrease of the occurrence of the anomalous behaviour.
