Evropská unie se snaží o transparentní a nediskriminační prostředí zadávání veřejných zakázek. The European Union is seeking a transparent and non-discriminatory procurement environment. The aim of this thesis is to approach the competences and instruments of the European Union, which can be used to regulate public procurement in the European area and also monitor how the European Union improves this regulation.
