Tématem této práce je vina a trest z pohledu odsouzených k výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V první části se zabývám problematikou motivace k trestnému činu, která s následnými pocity viny významně souvisí. The subject of this dissertation work is guilt and punishment from the viewpoint of convicts. In the first part I focus on the topic of criminal motivation, which is strongly related to the consequential guilt. Then I deal with guilt itself, from the philosophical, religious and psychological viewpoint.
