Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá přezkumem literatury zaměřené na mobbing na pracovišti mezi sestrami. Předně se zabývá zjišťováním účinnosti zavedených preventivních programů a intervencí ve zdravotnickém institutu proti mobbingu na pracovišti v práci sestry. Pojednává o nutnosti vytvoření kultury otevřené asertivní komunikace a přijmutí nulové tolerance šikany v práci sestry.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with a review of the literature focused on Mobbing in the workplace among nurses. Thesis deals with determining the effectiveness of established prevention programs and interventions in the medical institute against mobbing in the workplace at the work of a nurse.
