Ani gastronomie, ať už se jedná o samotný proces přípravy, servírování či způsob konzumace jídla se nedokázala vyhnout průniku nových technologických možností. Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderními postupy od příprav až po konzumaci jídla za účelem technologické inovace. V práci bude nejdříve teoreticky vymezen vztah médii a gastronomie.
