V mojej práci sa zaoberám problematikou externého a z časti aj interného finančného auditu v podniku, popisujem históriu a vývin auditu . Zároveň uvádzam právnu úpravu auditu, ako aj vzťahy medzi užívateľmi auditu a predmetom skúmania.
