Tato diplomová práce je věnována hodnocení parametrů indukované fluorescence chlorofylu z pohledu jejich potenciálu pro využití v hodnocení toxických látek a jejich účinků na autotrofní společenstva. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the potential of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters for use in ecotoxicological assessment of toxic effects of compounds on autotrophic communities. Seventy-two hours long unialgal growth tests were conducted.
