Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se věnuje dokumentárnímu platebnímu styku. Cílem je analyzovat a blíže vysvětlit dokumentární platební styk. Na začátku práce se budu věnovat platebnímu styku z obecného hlediska, poté budu pokračovat jeho právní úpravou, kde od začátku tohoto roku platí nový občanský zákoník. My thesis is devoted to documentary payment system. The aim is to analyze and explain in more detail documentary payments. At the beginning, I will deal with the payment system in general terms, then I will continue with legislation, where the new civil code came to began to apply earlier this year.
