The growth of PRAKTIK system company depending on development of human resources

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá koncepcí rozvoje lidských zdrojů ve firmě PRAKTIK system s. r. o. ve vztahu na výkonost firmy a analyzuje další oblasti, které přímo či nepřímo s jejím rozvojem souvisí. Mezi zkoumané oblasti patří strategické řízení, postavení lidských zdrojů v rámci podniku, aktivity na podporu výkonnosti pracovníků a analýza firemní kultury. Součástí práce je audit řízení lidských zdrojů a jejich organizace ve společnosti, kde jsou pomocí dotazníku vyhodnoceny jednotlivé oblasti, které mají na rozvoj pracovníků a celé firmy vliv a následně konkrétní doporučení pro další rozvoj. V závěrečné kapitole je vyhodnocen konkrétní projekt, k jehož nastartování v roce 2011 přispělo intenzivní školení a rozvoj pracovníků a také jakou měrou nyní přispívá k ročním výsledkům firmy.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the concept of human resource development in PRAKTIK system company Ltd. in relation to the production rate of the company and analyzes other areas that are directly or indirectly related to its development. These areas include strategic management, human resources positions within the company, activities in support of the workers' performance and analysis of corporate culture. Part of this work is audit of the management of human resources and their organization in the company, where all areas that have influence on the whole company are evaluated by questionnaire and then specific recommendations for further development. The final chapter evaluates the specific project of 2011, for which has contributed intensive training and staff development and the degree to which now contributes to the annual results of the company.
