Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly psychologické zátěže mezi pracovníky operačního střediska a výjezdových skupin zdravotnické záchranné služby. Jsou popisovány psychologické patologie, stres, syndrom vyhoření a krizová intervence. Praktická část se průzkumem rozdílů psychologické zátěže.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on difference of psychological burden among team members of operation center and members of emergency responding unit of the emergeny medical service. Psychological pathologies, stress, burnout and crisis intervention are described. Practical part with research of differences of psychological burden.
