Building savings loan obtention conditions and their stability.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice stability podmínek pro získání úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Cílem je popsat faktory, které negativně ovlivňují získání úvěru, a porovnat přístupy jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen, kterých je na českém trhu pět. Veškeré zkoumané podmínky si stavební spořitelna určuje ve svých všeobecných obchodních podmínkách. V teoretické části je popsán produkt stavebního spoření a jeho podoba v současnosti a hlavní pojmy spojené se stavebním spořením. V empirické části jsou zkoumány vybrané faktory snižující jistotu získání úvěru ze stavebního spoření. Jedná se o možnost změny všeobecných obchodních podmínek, možnost změny hodnotícího čísla a možnost výpovědi smlouvy bez udání důvodu. Výsledkem práce je přehled přístupu stavebních spořitelen k jednotlivým faktorům.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is concerned with the issue of building society loan terms’ stability. Its aim is to describe factors negatively affecting loan obtention and to compare the individual approaches of five building society associations currently operating in the Czech market. All of the examined credit terms are set by the building society association itself in its general business conditions. In the theoretical part it is described what is the product provided by building society associations and how it works in its current state, as well as all important terms connected with this financial product. In the empirical part, chosen factors lowering the probability of obtaining a building society loan are examined. These factors are the possibility of general business conditions alternation, the possibility of evaluative figure alternation and the possibility of withdrawal from the contract without stating a reason. The result of this thesis is an overview of building society associations’ individual approach to these factors.
