Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá nabídkou zaměstnaneckých benefitů na trhu práce České republiky. Kvalitativním a kvantitativním výzkumem provedeným mezi zaměstnanci a zástupci podniků zjišťuje rozdíly v nabídce benefitů mezi českými a nadnárodními podniky a analyzuje současný stav. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the offer of employee benefits on the labour market of the Czech Republic. Through qualitative and quantitative research conducted among employees and representatives of companies, it identifies differences in the offer of benefits between Czech and multinational companies and analyses the current situation.
