Institutional System of the EU Under the Lisbon Treaty
Abstract:
Lisabonskou smlouvu došlo k zásadní reformě institucionálního rámce. Bylo nutné reagovat na problémy evropské integrace, která se špatnou činností institucí stávala neefektivní, netransparentní a prohlubovala demokratický deficit. Tato práce se zabývá změnami v institucionálním rámci, zkoumá jejich dopady a poukazuje na možné nedostatky.
Abstract:
The Treaty of Lisbon has changed the Instititions of European Union. It was necesarry to react to issues of European integration, which had caused Institutions becoming less effective, untransparent and deeper-getting democratic deficit. This theses is concerned with changes in a new institutional frame of European Union, analyses its influence and tries to refer to its possible imperfections.
