Abstract:
Analýza a komparace změn Zákona o správě daní a poplatků a Daňového řádu, dopady pro daňové subjekty z hlediska opravných prostředků a dalších prostředků obrany. Možnosti daňového subjektu v odvolacím procesu dle daňového řádu. řízení před správním soudem, podání žaloby ke krajskému soudu a kasační stížnosti k Nejvyššímu správnímu soudu.

Analysis and comparison of the amendments to the Act on Administration of Taxation and Duties and to the Taxation Rules, impacts on tax entities in terms of legal remedies and other means of defense.
