Preoperative and Postoperative Care of Patient with a Proximal Femur Fracture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zlomeniny proximální části femuru. V práci je popsána předoperační příprava a pooperační péče včetně možných komplikací a rehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je popsána historie a stručný popis případných zlomenin proximální části femuru, přehled možností terapie, obecné a specifické informace o předoperační přípravě, pooperační a následné péči. Jedna z podkapitol obsahuje rozepsané možné komplikace k určitým zlomeninám. Cílem práce je obeznámit čtenáře o problematice tohoto častého úrazu, který představuje jak medicínský, sociální, ale i ekonomický problém a o možných konzervativních a operačních řešeních tohoto úrazu včetně péče, která následuje po samotném výkonu. V praktické části je popsaná ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta, který je těžce mentálně retardovaný, a komunikace s ním nebyla vždy snadná. Praktická část obsahuje čtyři vypracované ošetřovatelské diagnózy, které byly sestaveny pomocí NANDA I Taxonomie II 2018-2020.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on proximal femur fracture. The thesis describes preoperative preparation and postoperative care including rehabilitation and possible complications. The thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part describes history and brief description of possible fractures, an overview of therapy options, general and specific information of preoperative, postoperative and aftercare. One of the chapters include information of possibe complications of each fractures. The aim of the thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of this common injury, which represents medical, social but also an economical problem and to acquaint with possible conservative and operative solutions of this injury, including the nursing care that follows after on the operation itself. The practical part describes the nursing care for patient who is severely mentally reatarded and a communication with him was not easy. The practical part contains four established diagnosis that were completed using NANDA I Taxonomie II 2018-2020.
