The Transformation of the Roles of Women and Men in the Czech Families and the Quality of Family Relationships

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice proměny rolí žen a mužů v českých rodinách a kvalitě vztahů v rodině. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií rodiny, charakteristikou současné rodiny, proměnou rodiny, proměnou rolí v rodině, dělbou práce v rodině a vztahům v rodině. Část práce se také věnuje odborným službám, ve kterých lidé mohou najít odbornou pomoc při řešení vztahových problémů nebo konfliktů v rodině. Praktická část práce má za cíl zjistit, jaké postoje zaujímají studenti pomáhajících profesí k rozdělení rolí žen a mužů v českých rodinách a jak vnímají vztahy ve své vlastní rodině. Součástí této části práce je popis metodiky průzkumu a prezentace výsledků, která je doplněna diskusí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with transformation of roles of women and men in the Czech families and the quality of family relationships. The theoretical part is focused on history of family, features of the current family, transformation of family, transformation of roles in family, division of labour in family and family relationships. The thesis deals also with specialized services, where people can find qualified help with relationship problems and conflicts in family. The practical part is dedicated to find, what attitude hold students of helping professions to division of roles of women and men in the Czech families and how they perceive relationships in their own family. This thesis also contains description of survey methods and interpretation of results, which are also discussed.
