The Needs of Pacient With Breast Carcinom

Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí metody kazuistiky podrobně popsat a analyzovat bio- a psychosociální potřeby pacientky s karcinomem prsu v průběhu onemocnění, výskytu komplikací a léčby. Metodika: Empirická část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Kazuistika je zařazována mezi výzkumné metodiky, během nichž probíhá ucelená a podrobná studie jedné osoby / pacienta. Kazuistika je rozdělena na několik částí: anamnézu, katamnézu, analýzu, interpretaci a diskuzi. Katamnestická část obsahuje informace vztahující se ke konkrétní pacientce a jejím potřebám. Tyto informace byly rozděleny do tří etap: v průběhu stanovení diagnózy, během léčby onemocnění a v době ukončení ambulantní léčby. Výsledky: V závěrečné práci jsou detailně popsány bio- a psychosociální potřeby pacientky, u které bylo diagnostikováno onemocnění karcinomem prsu a v současné době se nachází ve fázi remise nemoci. Léčba onemocnění je velmi složitá a značně zatěžující. Zvládnutí léčby, jejích nežádoucích účinků a komplikací závisí i na osobnosti nemocného, jeho rodinného zázemí a zvyklostí. Z odpovědí respondentky vyplývá, že za nejdůležitější považuje potřebu informovanosti, lásky a sounáležitosti. Závěr: Touto prací bych chtěla vyzdvihnout individuálnost jednotlivých potřeb u pacientky s karcinomem prsu. Každá pacientka, která onemocní tímto zhoubným novotvarem, vykazuje specifické potřeby i jejich prožívání. Je důležité, aby zdravotnický personál přistupoval ke každému pacientovi na jakémkoliv oddělení individuálně a usiloval o naplnění jeho potřeb.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse bio-psycho-social needs of a breast cancer carcinoma patient during the illness, occurrence of complications and treatment. Methodology: The empirical part of the thesis takes the form of a case study. A case study is a type of research methodology, during which one completely analyses in detail a person/ patient. The case study is divided into several parts: anamnesis, catamnesis, analysis, interpretation and discussion. The catamnestic part contains information related to a specific patient and their needs. This is then divided into three stages - the diagnostic process, treatment of the illness and the end of ambulatory care. Results: The final section contains a detailed description of the bio-psycho-social needs of the patient diagnosed with breast cancer carcinoma, who is currently at the remission phase of the disease. Treating the illness is complicated and burdensome. The patient's ability to manage the treatment, its side effects and complications depends on their personality, family environment and their habits. Following my respondent's answers, it is clear that the most important to her is the need for information, love and belonging. Conclusion: With this thesis, I would like to highlight the individuality of the needs of each patient with breast cancer carcinoma. Every person who develops this malignant breast cancer has different needs and experiences. It is important that medical staff approach each patient, on any ward, individually, and try to fulfill their needs.
