Diplomová práca je zameraná na projekt eliminácie plytvania na dielni panto vo firme RONA, a. s. Lednické Rovne. V prvej časti sú spracované teoretické poznatky o plytvaní a o vybraných metódach priemyslového inžinierstva, medzi ktoré patrí 5S, Kanban, TPM a ďaľšie. Given graduation thesis is focused on elimination of waste project in Panto workshop in RONA, a. s. Lednické Rovne. In the introductory part of this thesis the theoretical knowledge of waste and selected topics of management of industrial engineering e.g. 5S, Kanban, TPM are discussed.
