Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu motivace ke vzdělávání. Za cíl si klade nalézt odpověď na otázku, jakou motivaci mají manažeři k dalšímu profesnímu vzdělávání a rozvoji. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a empirickou.
