Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá ochranou duševného vlastníctva v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie problematiky, definuje pojem duševné vlastníctvo, vymedzuje jeho podstatu a ochranu, taktiež poukazuje aj na systém práva duševného vlastníctva.
