Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat současné vnitropodnikové procesy ve společnosti TRIO HAVEL s.r.o. a navrhnout opatření, která povedou k optimalizaci a případnému redesignu těchto procesů. Pro naplnění cíle byly použity různé metody a techniky zlepšování. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse present internal processes in company TRIO HAVEL s.r.o. and to propose measures which will lead to optimize or redesign of these processes.
