The role of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the decision-making procedures of the European Union
Abstract:
Parlament České republiky se v určitých oblastech podílí na rozhodovacích procedurách Evropské unie. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza role Parlamentu České republiky v legislativním procesu Evropské unie a posouzení, do jaké míry a v jakých oblastech Parlament České republiky ovlivňuje právo Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The Parliament of the Czech Republic participates in the decision-making procedures of the European Union in certain areas. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in the legislative process of the European Union and the assessment to what extent and in which areas the Parliament of the Czech Republic applies the law of the European Union.
