Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší vliv motivačních činitelů na zaměstnance u zvolených společností. V kontextu této práce jsou vzájemně tyto společnosti porovnávány. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit motivační činitele, které ovlivňují nejvíce samotnou pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců a mají tedy i největší dopad na jejich vlastní výkon. Práce je segmentovaná do části teoretické, která přináší analýzu teoretických východisek k dané problematice a na část aplikační část, která řeší realizaci i vyhodnocení samotného dotazníkového šetření. To se uskutečnilo u dvou vybraných soukromých železničních dopravců a pomocí něj byla řešena skutečná situaci, tj. spokojenost respondentů a situace požadovaná, tj. důležitost dílčích motivačních činitelů. V rámci této práce byl proveden komparativní rozbor z genderového hlediska, z hlediska věku respondentů, pracovní kategorie a délky odpracovaných let. Tato analýza přinesla obraz rozdílnosti ve spokojenosti i důležitosti ve spojitosti s šetřenými pracovními pozicemi. Záměrem bylo definovat klíčové motivační činitele ve vztahu k pracovní pozici, které jsou pro oblast drážní dopravy klíčové. Na závěr byly na základě dosažených výsledků navrhnuty postupy a doporučení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení pracovní motivace v šetřeném segmentu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the influence of factors of motivation on employees of the chosen companies. In the context of the thesis, these companies are compared with each other. The objective of the thesis is to find out which factors of motivation influence the job motivation of employees the most and therefore have the biggest impact on their performance. The thesis is segmented into the theoretical part which brings the analysis of the theoretical background of the given problematic and into the application part which deals with the realization and evaluation of the survey research. The survey research took place at two chosen private railway undertakings and by using it, both the real situation meaning the satisfaction of employees and the required situation meaning the importance of partial factors of motivation were addressed. The comparative analysis in terms of gender, age of the respondents, job categories and length of employment was done within the thesis. This analysis shows the difference in satisfaction and in importance in connection with the examined positions. The intention was to define the key factors of motivation in connection to the job positions which are key for the segment of railway transportation. Finally, based on the achieved results, the procedures and recommendations, which would lead to improvement of the job motivation in the investigated segment were proposed.
