Tato diplomová práce zkoumá rozhodčí řízení a způsoby, kterými civilní soudy do tohoto řízení zasahují. Cílem práce bylo přiblížit čtenáři institut rozhodčího řízení jako alternativu k civilnímu řízení před obecnými soudy a současně definovat, jak civilní soudy na rozhodčí řízení působí, ať už je to za účelem pomoci subjektům v rozhodčím řízení nebo prováděním potřebné kontroly rozhodčích nálezů. This diploma thesis examines arbitration procedures and methods, in which civil courts intervene in these proceedings.
