Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem řízení rizik v podniku. Obsah práce je tvořen třemi teoretickými celky, které na sebe navazují a praktickou částí. První část je věnovaná charakteristice podniku a podnikovému riziku, druhá podnikatelskému prostředí. Ve třetí části jsou popsané druhy rizik, základní analýzy a postupy při jejich řízení, které mohou firmy využívat. V praktické části diplomové práce je představen konkrétní podnik. Prostřednictvím vybraných metod analýz rizik jsou identifikovány krizové oblasti prostředí firmy. Cílem diplomové práce je navržení doporučení pro management firmy pro zlepšení v oblasti řízení rizik.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the risk management matters of an enterprise. The aim of the thesis was to propose recommendations to the company management for improving their risk management techniques.The thesis report is formed of three theoretical aspects. These are interrelated to one another and are linked with the practical part. The first theory is related to the characteristics that form the company and to the corporate risk. The second theory is related to the business environment. In the third part, the types of risks, basic analysis and management practices that companies can use are described. In the practical part of this thesis, a particular enterprise is introduced. Through selected risk analysis, methods such as the crisis areas of the company are identified.
