Předkládaná bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá českou a ukrajinskou národní kuchyní z hlediska historicko-lingvistického. V první části jsou rozebírány počátky Slovanů, staroslovanské kultury, způsob hospodaření a života (obydlí) Slovanů, rovněž tak se zabýváme svátky ve spojení s hostinou. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with Czech and Ukrainian national cuisine from the historical and linguistic point of view. In the first part, the origins of Slavs are discussed as well as the cultures of the early Slavs, their ways of agriculture and living (dwellings).
