Key success factor of small and medium enterprises

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsou shromážděny informace, na základě odborných literárních zdrojů a poznatky dle výzkumu v daném podniku, o faktorech které mají vliv na úspěch malých a středních podniků. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde jsou jednotlivé faktory rozebrány a podrobně popsány, a na část praktickou, kde je analyzován vybraný podnik a konkrétní faktory, jenž na něj působí. Na závěr jsou navrženy jednotlivé kroky, jak přispět k větší efektivnosti analyzovaného podniku za co nejnižších nákladů.

Abstract:

In this bachelor's thesis are collected information based on professional literature sources and findings according to research in the company, about the factors that influence success of small and medium-sized companies. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where the individual factors are ana-lysed and described in detail, and a practical part where the selected company and fac-tors that affect it is being analysed. In the end the steps are designed to contribute to the greater efficiency of the analysed company for the lowest possible cost.
