Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou projektového řízení v konkrétní organizaci. Cílem této práce je analýza projektového řízení v bance a porovnání způsobu řízení s obecnými metodikami. Literární rešerše obsahuje přehled obecných principů a metodik projektového řízení.
