Abstract:

Náplní bakalářské práce „Biogeografický průzkum větrolamů a realizovaných biokoridorů“ je ověřit biogeografický vývoj a fungování vybraných biokoridorů, zejména z hlediska koridorové funkce. Jedná se o asi 55 let starý větrolamu v Uherském Ostrohu a před 16 lety vysázený biokoridor ve Veselí nad Moravou, které jsou vedeny v ÚSES jako biokoridory lokálního významu. Nachází se v polnohospodářské krajině na jihu Moravy a odděluje je hranice Zlínského a Jihomoravského kraje. Tuto hranici zde přirozeně tvoří potok Svodnice, který protéká biocentrem, které oba biokoridory taktéž odděluje. Stěžejní byly terénní průzkumy, při kterých byl podle GPS souřadnic zaznamenáván výskyt rostlin a jejich migrace biokoridory. Dále byly uvnitř biokoridorů zhotoveny transekty a fytocenologické snímky. Nedílnou součástí byly i konzultace s pověřenými osobami v tomto oboru. Koridorový efekt, tedy migrace druhů rostlin, byl zaznamenán u obou biokoridorů, v Uherském Ostrohu však v pokročilejším stádiu. Lépe na tom byl biokoridor v Uherském Ostrohu i z hlediska sukcese a vytváření lesního prostředí, kdy se zde vedle ruderálních druhů rostlin začínají objevovat i lesní druhy. Z hlediska fauny bylo prokázáno, že biokoridory slouží zvěři spíše k úkrytu, než k migraci.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis „Biogeographical Research of Windbreaks and Realized Wildlife Corridors“ is to examine the biogeographical development and functioning of the selected wildlife corridors, especially with respect to the corridor function. The thesis discusses an approximately 55-year-old windbreak in Uherský Ostroh and a wildlife corridor in Veselí nad Moravou, planted about 16 years ago. Both are registered as wildlife corridors of local significance in the TSES. They are situated in an agricultural region in the south of Moravia and they are divided by the borderlines of the Zlín and South Moravian Regions. The borderline is naturally formed by the stream Svodnice, passing through the biocentre, which also divides the two wildlife corridors. Field research was essential for the thesis. During the research, presence of plants and their migration through the corridors were monitored by the GPS coordinates. Secondly, transects and phytocoenological pictures were made inside the corridors. Consultations with authorities in this field were equally essential. The corridor effect, that is, the migration of plant species, was detected in both wildlife corridors, but it was more prominent in Uherský Ostroh. Uherský Ostroh was also more successful from the point of view of ecological succession and creation of the forest environment. Apart from ruderal species, presence of forest species was detected here. As far as fauna is concerned, it has been proved that the wildlife corridors serve as hiding places for animals, rather than opportunities for animal migration.
