Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem rostlin k jejich patogenům s ohledem na probíhající interakce prostřednictvím rostlinných elicitorů a jejich úlohou v indukci systémově získané rezistence. Systémově získaná rezistence rostlin je závislá na včasném rozpoznání patogenu a spuštění vlastních obranných mechanismů. The bachelor thesis deals with the relation of plants to their pathogens with respect to the ongoing interactions through plant elicitors and their role in the induction of systemically acquired resistance. System-acquired plant resistance is dependent on early recognition of the pathogen and triggering its own defensive mechanisms.
