SWOT analýza společnosti BENU Česká republika a.s.

Abstract:
Hlavním předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení situace vybraného podniku na základě analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí společnosti. Tyto analýzy jsou nejprve vysvět-leny v teoretické části a následně aplikovány v části praktické. Výstupem práce je výsled-ná SWOT analýza, podle jejichž výsledků jsou řečena určitá doporučení.
Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the situation of the selected company on the basis of analyses of the external and internal environment of the company. These analyses are first explained in the theoretical part and subsequently applied in practical part. The output of the thesis is the resultant SWOT analysis, according to which results are given some recommendations.
