Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje nový projekt pro mladé hráče, který vznikl před pár lety. Vysvětluje, co pojem orchestrální akademie znamená, popisuje, jak projekt funguje a jaké jsou jeho výhody a nevýhody. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, které se zaměřují na popis jednotlivých orchestrů a jejich orchestrálních akademií. This thesis describes a new project for young musicians, which was created a few years ago. It explains what the term orchestral academy means, provides details about how it works and what are its advantages and disadvantages.
