Diplomová práce se zabývá hledáním a analýzou odlišností nebo souladu ve vybraných ustanovení zákoníku práce č. 262/2006 Sb. a zákona o státní službě č. 234/2014 Sb. v souvislosti s výkonem závislé práce v podnikatelské oblasti a výkonem státní služby a jejich podmínkami.
