Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou postojů tří států - Francie, USA a České republiky - ke konfliktu ve Rwandě, který nakonec přerostl v nejhorší genocidu moderní éry. Dále pak práce ukazuje, jak se tyto postoje projevily při jednání a rozhodování Rady bezpečnosti OSN. V závěru je pak obsaženo celkové zhodnocení analýzy a formulováno alternativní řešení.
Abstract:
The thesis is analyzing the approach of three states - France, USA and Czech republic - towards the conflict in Rwanda, which afterwards became the most horrifying genocide in modern era. Further more the thesis analyzes, how the approaches influenced the negotiations and decisions in the UN Security Council.
