Specifics of nursing care for patients after total knee arthroplasty
Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce shrnuje základní poznatky o osteoartróze, jejím klinickém obraze, diagnostice a léčbě. Dále popisuje totální endoprotézu kolenního kloubu, její indikace a kontraindikace, operační techniku, pooperační péči, komplikace a pooperační rehabilitaci. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na rozdíly ve faktorech pooperační péče u pacientů po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis summarizes the basic knowledge about osteoarthritis, clinical features, diagnostics, and therapy. It also describes the total knee arthroplasty, its indications and contraindications, surgical technique, postoperative care, complications, and postoperative rehabilitation.
