Crime scene search

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma „ohledání místa činu, a to konkrétně místa činu, který byl spáchán prostřednictvím výpočetní techniky. Cílem práce je analyzovat ohledání místa činu v případě, že trestný čin byl spáchán prostřednictvím výpočetní techniky, identifikovat případné limity a nedostatky, které se mohou s ohledáním místa činu v takovém případě pojit. Text je za účelem naplnění stanoveného cíle rozdělena standardním způsobem na teoretickou a praktickou část. Celkem přitom sestává z pěti kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů, které se k ohledání místa činu vztahují. Druhá kapitola je pak věnována problematice ohledání místa činu v obecné rovině, jeho charakteristice, zásadám, druhům a subjektům. Třetí kapitola se pak zaměřuje na konkrétní činnost, postup a metody aplikované při ohledání místa činu. Čtvrtá kapitola, která je již součástí praktické části, se věnuje ohledání místa činu v případě, kdy je trestný čin spáchán prostřednictvím výpočetní techniky. Pátá kapitola je pak zaměřena na problematiku zkoumání digitálních stop.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the topic of "searching for a crime scene,“ specifically the crime scene, which was committed through computer technology. The aim of the research is to analyze the search of the crime scene in the case that the crime was committed through computer technology, to identify possible limits and shortcomings that may be associated with the search of the crime scene in such a case. In order to fulfill the set goal, the text is divided into a theoretical and practical part in a standard way. In total, it consists of five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the definition of terms that relate to the investigation of the crime scene. The second chapter is then devoted to the issue of looking at the crime scene in general, its characteristics, principles, types and subjects. The third chapter then focuses on the specific activity, procedure and methods applied in the investigation of the crime scene. The fourth chapter, which is already part of the practical part, is devoted to the search for the crime scene in the case where the crime is committed through computer technology. The fifth chapter is then focused on the issue of examining digital tracks.
