Zdravotně postižených osob je v naší populaci významný podíl. Úlohou moderního sociálního státu je poskytnout těmto osobám odpovídající zabezpečení. A significant proportion of our population are disabled people. The role of the modern welfare state is to provide them with adequate security. Legislation for people with disabilities, however, appears not to be very successful.
