Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem tandemové výuky (fáze, formy, určitá specifika apod.). Cílem diplomové práce je představit spolupráci dvou vybraných učitelů při všech fázích tandemové výuky na prvním stupni základních škol a zjistit, jaké formy společné výuky jsou jimi v praxi často používané. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části nahlédneme na učitelství jako na profesi, přiblížíme si pojem „učitel" a jeho kompetence. Následuje popis tandemové výuky s jejími fázemi a modely užívanými v praxi. Neopomeneme ani důležitost budování vztahu se spolupracujícím kolegou a určení výhod a nevýhod této formy výuky. V praktické části jsou rozhovory s oběma učiteli (tandemový a třídní učitel) a pozorování jejich spolupráce během celého vyučovacího procesu a to při přípravě, realizaci a evaluaci společné výuky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis describes cooperative teaching (phases, forms, certain specifics, etc.). Goal of this diploma thesis is to introduce cooperation between two selected teachers at all phases of collaborative teaching at primary schools and to find out what forms of tandem teaching are often used in practice. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part we will look at teaching as a profession, we will get a closer look at the concept of teacher and his competencies, followed by description of co-teaching with its phases and models used in practice. We will not forget the importance of building a relationship with a collaborating colleague and defining the advantages and disadvantages of this form of teaching. In the practical part there are interviews with both teachers (tandem and class teacher) and observation of their cooperation through the whole teaching process - during the preparation, realization and evaluation of co-teaching.
