Abstract:
Testosteron je životně důležitý hormon pro obě pohlaví. Tato práce shrnuje některé starší i nové poznatky o vlivu testosteronu na chování člověka. Je rozebírán zejména vliv testosteronu na pohlaví potomka, agresivitu, dominanci, psychiku a zdraví. Z poznatků vyplývá, že vyšší hladiny testosteronu a glukózy v krvi ženy vedou k častějšímu početí mužského potomka. Vyšší hladina testosteronu koreluje s …moreAbstract:
Testosterone is known as a "male" hormone, however, that is not fully accurate. Because, it is equally important for women who have even higher levels of testosterone than the "female" hormone estradiol.
