Job Satisfaction Of The Working People Providing The Social Guidance

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu pracovní spokojenosti pracovníků poskytujících odborné sociální poradenství. Teoretická část práce si klade za cíl zasvětit čtenáře do problematiky pracovní spokojenosti. Věnuji se v ní definováním pracovní spokojenosti, teorii pracovní spokojenosti, činitelům pracovní spokojenosti a jevům vážících se k pracovní spokojenosti – adaptace na práci, identifikace s prací a organizací, pracovní motivace. Empirická část představuje výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak pracovníci poskytující odborné sociální poradenství hodnotí svou celkovou a dílčí pracovní spokojenost v závislosti na nejdůležitějších činitelích pracovní spokojenosti a dále zjistit, co pozitivního a co naopak negativního shledávají pracovníci odborného sociálního poradenství na své práci.

Abstract:

Diploma work pays attention to the theme of the job satisfaction of the working people providing professional social guidance. The teoretical part has purpose to induct the reader to the problems of the job satisfaction. I am inscribing in this work to define the job satisfaction, the teory of the job satisfaction, agents of the job satisfaction and appearance connected to the job satisfaction - adaptation to the work, identification with the work and organization, working motivation. The empirical part provides the research of the state how the working people are providing professional social guidance evaluate their global empatical satisfaction, and more to find, what positive and what negative they find on their work.
