Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje použití utajovaných informací v řízeních s cizinci, které stát považuje za hrozbu pro svou bezpečnost. Analyzuje judikaturu ESLP a SDEU týkající se omezení procesních práv cizinců v zájmu ochrany národní bezpečnosti.
