Financování nákupu zařízení na výrobu alternativní energie s využitím dotací a subvencí

Abstract:

Práce obsahuje popis v dnešní době velmi diskutované technologie, a to fotovoltaiky. Okrajově se dotýká technologie jako takové, takže zde nalezneme popis různých typů instalací a v úvodu také něco málo z historie, ale hlavní část je věnována především ekonomickým ukazatelům, finanční analýze a posouzení vhodnosti investice pro jednotlivé subjekty mající k dispozici volný kapitál. Studie také poukazuje na legislativní prostředí v České republice a odkazuje na jednotlivé části zákoníku a důležité vyhlášky, které se k tomuto odvětví vztahují, jelikož právě tyto údaje jsou pro plánování budoucích finančních toků nezbytné. Finanční analýza kromě posouzení samotné investice do fotovoltaické elektrárny obsahuje také srovnání různých možností, jak nákup takového zařízení financovat. Konkrétně porovnává finanční leasing, úvěr a využití pouze vlastního kapitálu. V této studii jsem použil metody čisté současné hodnoty, index ziskovosti, vnitřní výnosové procento a ukazatel, který je pro investora velmi důležitý – zisk na jednotku vlastního kapitálu (ROE – return of equity). Také jsem uvedl statické postupy (jako doba návratnosti a průměrná návratnost), protože se s nimi často můžeme setkat u nabídek různých dodavatelů elektráren, které tímto způsobem lákají investory na enormní zisk zkreslený díky absenci faktoru času v tomto typu výpočtu. V průběhu studie se ukázalo, že investice do fotovoltaiky je pro investory doposud (2010) velmi zajímavá zejména díky tomu, že vláda nestačila pružně zareagovat na vývoj technologií a jejich cen a tzv. feed-in tarif byl, a pro projekty spuštěné do provozu do konce roku 2010 stále je, nadsazený. Finanční analýza ukázala, že nejvhodnějším způsobem financování je využít kombinaci vlastních a cizích zdrojů a nejlépe formou úvěru.

Abstract:

The thesis contains a description of one of the most discussed technologies in these days- photovoltaics. It marginally affects the technology so we can find here a description of different types of installations and a little bit of history but the main part is devoted to the economic indicators, financial analysis and rating of the photovoltaics in the way of investment opportunity for individual subjects which have free capital available. The thesis also points to the legislative environment in the Czech Republic and refers to various parts of the Code of Law and its relevant regulations that apply to this sector because these are for the financial analysis necessary. Financial analysis in addition to assessing the investment in the solar power also includes a comparison of different options to finance the purchase of the solar equipment. Specifically it compares the financial leasing, loan and using only the own equity. I use the following methods in this thesis : the net present value, the profitability index, the internal rate of return and the the indicator which is very important for the investor - the profit per unit of equity (ROE). I also use the static methods such as the payback period and the average return because they often can be found at the offers from various suppliers of the power plants in order to attract investors to enormous profits distorted by the absence of the time factor in this type of calculation. During the study I found that the investments in photovoltaics is for investors to date (2010) very interesting especially because the government haven`t managed to fully respond to the technological developments and their prices and so-called feed-in tariff was, and for the projects running into traffic till the end of 2010 still is, exaggerated. The financial analysis showed that the most appropriate way of financing is to use a combination of the private and foreign sources preferably in the form of the loan.
