Hlavním tématem práce je řízení veřejných prostředků se zaměřením na projektové financování a jeho legislativní ukotvení. Vzhledem k širokému tématu je oblast zúžena pouze na projekty financované ze strukturálních fondů, konkrétně v rámci OP VaVpI.
