High-performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of antiepileptics
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vyvinout a validovat HPLC metodu se zaměřením na stanovení zonisamidu, popř. zonisamidu a dalších AEP v pacientském séru. Metoda pro simultánní analýzu ZNA s dalšími AEP používá mobilní fázi složenou z vody, acetonitrilu, metanolu a trietylaminu, v poměru 370:150:25:0,05, pH 6,8 (upraveno kyselinou fosforečnou) a kolonu xBridge C 18 o rozměrech 150,0 x 3,0 mm se zrněním …moreAbstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop and validate HPLC methods worth focus on determining zonisamide, respectively zonisamide and other AEP in patient serum.
