Práce se věnuje výhodám použití agilních metodik a podává jejich základní přehled. Scrum metodika a její best practices je popsána detailněji. V rámci práce je také popsáno, jak je Scrum využíván v praxi ve firmě Kiwi.com a jsou ukázány hlavní rozdíly mezi praxí a best practices. This thesis studies the advantages of using agile methodologies and presents a basic overview of agile methodologies. The Scrum methodology and its best practices are shown in more detail.
