Abstract:

Obsahem bakalářské práce je téma Terénní pečovatelská služba pro seniory organizace Centrum sociálních služeb Poruba, p. o., která se v současné době stává velmi žádanou sociální službou. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na celkový pohled terénní pečovatelské služby a informace související s danou oblastí. Cílem je nejen představit terénní pečovatelskou službu a organizaci Centrum sociálních služeb Poruba, p. o., ale také seznámit čtenáře s cílovou skupinou senioři a možnou sociální péči pro tyto osoby. Práce se dále snaží zjistit, zda jsou uživatelé spokojení s terénní pečovatelskou službou výše uvedené organizace, a to v oblasti různorodých faktorů ovlivňující poskytování péče. Práce je členěna do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. První část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky týkajících se seniorů a terénní pečovatelské služby. Náplní empirické části je doplnit část teoretickou o zkušenosti organizace Centra sociálních služeb Poruba, p. o. a také o názory uživatelů ohledně spokojenosti poskytované terénní pečovatelské služby. K tomuto účelu jsem zvolila metodu kvantitativního výzkumu určeného pro uživatele dané organizace. Jako výzkumnou techniku jsem zvolila strukturovaný dotazník.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is Outreach nursing service for seniors? organization Centrum sociálních služeb Poruba, p. o., which has nowadays become a highly required social service. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the overall view of the outreach nursing service and information related to the sector. The aim is not only to present the outreach nursing service and the organization Centrum sociálních služeb Poruba, p. o., but also to acquaint the reader with the target group of seniors and social care possible for these individuals. This work also aims to discover if the users are satisfied with the outreach nursing service of the above mentioned organization, particularly in the area of various factors affecting the provision of care. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical knowledge related to the seniors and outreach nursing service. The aim of the empirical part is to complement the theoretical part with the experience of the organization Centrum sociálních služeb Poruba, p. o., and also with users´ feedback regarding satisfaction of the outreach nursing service. For this purpose I have selected the method of quantitative research that is intended for the users of this organization. As a research technique I have chosen a structured questionnaire.
