Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity se zaměřením na benefity vhodné pro mladé matky. V prvních dvou kapitolách jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů s příklady předešlých výzkumů zaměřených na work-life balance.
