Abstract:
Atypické pneumonie představují komplikaci v diagnostice díky chudému fyzikálnímu nálezu. Vyšetření protilátek proti jednotlivým původcům metodou nepřímé imunofluorescence je elegantní a rychlou metodou ke zjištění původce atypické pneumonie nebo zánětu dýchacích cest. Abstract:
Atypical pneumonia is a complication in diagnosis due to poor physical findings. Testing for antibodies against various pathogens by indirect immunofluorescence is elegant and rapid method for detection of the atypical pneumonia or inflammation of the airways.
