The thesis deals with the topic of the Participants section leadership within the frame of the organisation of The 24th International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER 2014. The thesis aims to describe the festival in general, all the outputs and activities of the section and also the organisational background.
