Identity Parade of Living Persons

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě části. V první části, tj. od strany 9 až po stranu 40 seznamuji čtenáře s tématem Rekognice živých osob. V této teoretické části zmiňuji historii rekognice, vysvětluji jednotlivé pojmy a postupy při rekognici. Dále vysvětluji jednotlivé fáze a zásady rekognice. Vysvětluji také jak rekognici dokumentovat, nebo jaké jsou vady, problémy, či nejasnosti při rekognici. V druhé praktické části je kazuistika, kde jsou popsané 3 rekognice živých osob a následně jsou tyto rekognice zhodnoceny, zda byly provedeny dle zásad zmíněných v teoretické části práce, či nikoliv.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, i.e. from page 9 to page 40, I am acquainting the reader with the topic Recognition of living persons. In this theoretical part I mention the history of recognitions, I explain the different terms and procedures of recognitions. Next, I explain the phases and principles of recognitions. I also explain how to document the recognitions, or what are the defects, problems or ambiguities in the recognitions. In the second practical part there is a case report, where 3 recognitions of living persons are described and then these recognitions are evaluated whether they were made according to the principles mentioned in the theoretical part of the thesis or not.
